Не любит unifi не английские символы в пути.

да читал, про это поставил с пользователя с латиницей ( и админ провами )... та же фигня

Порт занят другой программой. На форуме рассматривалась пара случаев, правда давно.

да, освободил порт 8080, заработало..
а есть возможность поменять порт 8080 на другой?
